What are your hospital hours?
Our hospital is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM – 5 PM. For after-hours care, please see our helpful links page
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, scratch pay, Sunbit and CareCredit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment is required at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans but accept scratch pay and CareCredit. CareCredit and scratch pay offers different payment options that help spread out your total cost over time.
What kinds of animals do you treat?
West Phoenix Veterinary Hospital treats dogs and cats.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Its better to have an appointment with us to ensure that we have time see everyone of our patients.
Do you offer boarding, grooming, or daycare?
Medicine is what we do best. We can offer suggestions for these services based on client and employee referrals.
